I've missed you....sorta

Heeelllllooo theeeeerrrre blooooog. How's it been? I'm so sorry to have neglected you this entire summer. It's just that I've really had no interest in blogging. No offense. You're great, really. That's why I came back!
I just got back from San Fran. I left my heart there, so if you're wondering why I look so pale...well....that's why. In all honesty--best trip of my entire freaking life.
I'm going to bed now. But don't worry, I'll probably be back soon. And if not, see you in about 8 months ;l

It's Been FOREVER

It's been like a yeeeeaaaar since I got on here! MAN! Going to church soon. Waiting around for 1:45. Sick of being so busy. I really just want a day to be lazy again. Summer is already half way over! :(

Kung Fu Fever

I saw the new Karate Kid movie not more than an hour ago. The whole time I kept wishing I pull out stunts like that and kick the butt of some mean bully. Really, it shouldn't be that hard. All I need to do is learn how to take my jacket on and off. No big deal. Anyone could do it. As long as I get to meet Jackie Chan.
Oh, and may I just say: I also watched Inglorious Bastards last night. I know I sound like a movie buff right now, but I have to get this out. Though the violence was a little disturbing, the scenes were perfectly played out and I was on the edge of my seat through the whole thing. Weird ending, fantastic camera work. It was veeery good.

A Lazy Day

Today, I slept in. I didn't even open my eyes until 11:45. And what finally got me out of bed was my poor blind dog howling at the 12:00 o'clock alarm that moans every Saturday at noon. I live in Tornado Alley, so they have to make sure the sirens are working properly. Aparently they are becuase this morning, right on time, they started their loud, terrifying screaming and scared the snot out of my bear of a dog. So anyway, I got up and had the most perfect breakfast of bacon, eggs, pancakes, and potatoes. And iced tea. And really, that's been the start of my crazy lazy day. Maybe I'll snap out of it later and do something productive, but for now I'm going to blog and watch a documentary on Crop Circles and the Bermuda Triangle. :)

I have a crush. It's serious. Everytime I'm around this crush, it's like taking a warm bath and eating chocolate. At the same time. It gives me that fuzzy feeling that spreads all over. My crush is on a grand piano. Some good friends of mine have one in their house. I'll try to replay what happened when we met (the piano and I). I walked into the house, thinking about who-knows-what, when my eyes drifted to this MONSTER grand piano, all black and shiny. My jaw dropped. Literally. I think it was love at first sight. And so I sat down and played my heart out. I play piano, but it's never been a connection like this. I could hardly bare to return to my keyboard. But I did. Until then, I'll dream of the one who holds the keys to my heart.
